Kurt had 3 times the lethal dose of heroin in his system, he would not have lived long enough to remove the needle, let alone put it away neatly and button his shirt sleeves, especially since he also had Diazepam (Valium) in his system which makes the heroin work even faster. Nobody could take all that and then shoot themselves. It is medically IMPOSSIBLE. There were NO FINGERPRINTS on the gun, the shells, or the pen used to write the so-called suicide note. There were no marks on his hands to show he had fired a gun. Courtney attempted to establish an alibi for his time of death. She admits Kurt was talking about a divorce. She made an earlier failed attempt to kill Kurt. She offered Eldon Hokel (El Duce) $50,000 to kill Kurt just 3 months earlier. Hokel passed a lie detector test before he was killed under suspicious circumstances. Courtney cancelled Kurt's credit cards and tried to prevent him from getting his own money days before his death. His tires were slashed at the airport when he was trying to come home. The medical examiner who claimed it was a suicide was a party friend of Courtney's. Kurt had plans for a fishing trip with his dad and to get together with R.E.M.'s Michael Stripe to work on music. Someone planning to commit suicide would not make plans like that.
