My Dad likes to watch TV and hunting, I wanted to buy him a large LCD Tv or maybe a good Hunter's rifle, but not today maybe next year, I am a little short of credit this time, tomorrow i will start saving for that gift.

Hello Sumit. Welcome to Mylot. I see by your profile that you are 23 years old. You do not say how much you want to pay for a gift for your father. No matter. The gift that parents like the most is one from your heart - your time.
1. Write your father a poem or just a simple letter telling him how you feel about him and how you appreciate what he has done for you.
2. Give your father a coupon book that lists various chores that he usually has to do. Tell him he can cash in these coupons throughout the year and you will do the work instead of him.
3. Plan an outing with just you and your father. You might even invite a friend and his father. Make it an outing for the boys only. This way you can talk and spend quality time together.
The fact that you are concerned about giving your father a good gift tells me that you are a good son. That is the best gift of all to any parent.
