Do you have your breakfast everyday? For some people, it is the most important meal of the day, and they couldn't afford to skip it. For me, I won't care that much. If I have extra time in the morning, and I could find something delicious and edible from the fridge, I can make myself a breakfast. Mostly, if I don't feel like having one, or I don't have enough time, I might simply skip it. Recently, my mom pushed me to keep a good habit of having breakfast everyday. It is good for my health. Now, I am eating these pastry and bread everyday I got up.

With all the reason, we should stay with our breakfast meal. Otherwise, we might shorten our lifetime.

Well, I am one of those people who thinks breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I can't live without it, I mean it. Not having breakfast will cause me headache, not being able to concentrate and of course HUNGER! You can't do anything properly when you are hungry, and it can raise your temper as well. Not good! Be it just 2 glass of milk or a bowl of chicken porridge, I'd rather have my stomache full in the morning :)
