Yes, I just started learning this year, so my best score is not very high, but my handicap is! LOL. I play a couple times a week, once for practice and the other in a senior no-tap league. Some of the people I play with have been bowling since they were 6 years old, so they have a bit of an advantage over me...for now.

i played duckpin and ten-pin bowlings before, but not too much. i can say i was a better duckpin bowler with a best score of 140 when i only had 120 in ten-pin bowling.

I have played bowling just twice. I was really not concerned about my score since it was just for fun together with my friends. I do find it enjoyable. But I never continued playing since I was already hooked on another sport at that time. Perhaps later on, I will try it once again.

I have played bowling before, and I've certainly enjoyed it. I'm definitely not the best bowler there ever was, but I can get by. There are times when I do fairly wells, and there are other times when I don't as well.

I just tried bowling this year out of boredom. I was really fun even if most of the time my ball just roll into the gutter. It's an accomplishment for me if I hit at least one pin. My only complain is the arm and leg sore after playing. :)

im such a bowler--i think my goal is to hit strike; practice makes perfect. the strenght comes from the wrist--so it should be the one force to guide you.

Over the years I have played quite a few games of bowling and the game itself is something that always reminds me of my Father as he used to love going to bowling with my Mother when they first met one another. My best score is probably similar to your 135 which I was fairly pleased with, maybe once or twice I have gone over the 150 mark. I am not a particularly skilled bowler but I always enjoy having fun and giving it a go. Sometimes I like to have the bumpers up so that I know my ball won't fall in to the gutter and score me 0.

well i have tried but not very good at it. For every 5 throws i get 4 gutters. my body "balance" is really off so maybe this is why im not that good at this games.

I've bowled over the years and even though I'm not great at it, to me it can be a relaxing sport of you play it for fun. I'm not a competative person when it comes to sports. I think they should be for fun and laugh. I don't remember any of my scores but I asure you I didn't get a 135.:) I guess the main part about bowling is it's a challenge for yourself. The different ways you can throw the ball and different areas to stand effects the way the balls rolls and how many pins you knock down. I've amazed myself at some of the "Lucky" strikes I've made but was never able do it again with the same technique.:) I'm sure if you keep doing it your score will improve. I would LOVE to bowl a 135!:)

I only tried bowling once when my husband took me in a bowling arena, he want to play with me but I am very hesitant because I haven't tried bowling before. But he insisted so I tried the first time and guess what? its a "STRIKE". My confidence goes up and my husband is so proud of me because I beat him. And I can't wait to play it again someday with my husband when he comes back.

I was never a bowler. The activity just never seemed to interest me. Maaybe I just never gave it a chance. My late husband enjoyed bowling when he was younger. There had to be something good about it.
