Monday is here again and as always the weekend seems to have gone in no time and all of a sudden Monday is here again. A splash of cold water from my dad wakes me up early and then i would have to help my mom a little in the kitchen. Later then i have to get ready for college. How many of you feel the same? Do you also hate Monday mornings? Sure, it may seem the start of something but i wish something exciting would happen always and it always happens the other way around. I hate Monday mornings. It's the part where you have to start the week and your tedious job again and again and again...

Monday mornings for me is the best day. Because this would be the first day of work after being rested the whole weekends. I like it because this the turning point for weekdays. My weekdays would turn good if I start my week so calm and relaxing that is what I also observed. So every monday morning I always see to it that every thing is really good and very calm so that my whole weekdays in work and school would turn out very good and productive.

Tell me about it, teaching college students makes me want to just go back to bed on Monday mornings. Everyone seems so tired after a supposedly 'relaxing' weekend. Nobody wants to use their brains nor logic. Everyone is begging for me to just sit tight and end classes quick or just talk about anything else rather than the subject at hand.
I think students should be a little bit more positive. I mean, they have weekends, summer vacations, winter breaks, and all the holidays they could have. But when they start working, it'll be the same thing forever! Well, at least till retirement. ![](/Content/images/emotes/rofl.gif)

LOL. I truly feel the same. Half of my working day has already passed but I still can't seem to get over the weekend mode feeling. I really want to go hom and get more sleep or enjoy my day by doing stuff that are not work-related. I don't know. Probably because I didn't really enjoy the weekend that much so I'm feeling this way. I just want to get over this uneasy feeling. :(

I hate Monday mornings. I hate going to work during Mondays. How can there be so much thing to do on a Monday when all work was already done last Friday. I also do not enjoy the fact that I have to spend the whole day working so hard while my seat mate at work spends time chatting on her cellular phone and messanger the whole day. I wish the managers will see and realize this, and eventually kick her out.

Mondays were always the hardest day of the week for me for a variety of reasons. One of those reasons is that it just means that there is an entire week of work ahead of me. Nothing is done, nothing is accomplished. What I have done in the last week did not really matter. The slate is wiped clean, for better or for worse, as the week gets off on the right foot.
Plus, when you are relaxed from the weekend, it is hard to get back into the grind. Of course, after a week or two vacation, it is really much harder to get back into the grove. Yet, you really have to. Time waits for nobody, so Mondays will happen whether that we will like it or not. Once we get back of it, the rest of the week should be smooth sailing. Well in theory at least.

I used to like monday mornings! My classes were from tuesday to saturday. Since most of my family have school and work on mondays, I'm at home with my mum and my little brother and have the house to ouselves! yay
Now though, I'm working so I have a normal Monday to Friday sched. I don't really hate mondays, it's the same as anyday of the week. I need to getup early. I guess when I hae inspiration to work or at least go to the office, it makes me hate weekends! haha. So I guess it's really in your perspective

I will admit mondays can be a bit much. but i don't hate it. of course i would rather stay in bed and relax. but if i have to get up, i am just glad i am getting up to a great family and a job that i really enjoy to go to every day.
I hope soon I will be working from home on my Monday mornings. maybe i will like them just a little bit more.

When I was a student, monday is fine with me. But when I started to work, I hate Mondays. Because you will have to work hard first for several days before you can rest completely on weekends. During Mondays, I always sing the song "Just another manic Monday..Wish it were a Sunday..coz that's my funday....I think a lot of people are suffering from Monday morning blues and would always want the time to stop first during weekends and be far from Monday.

Ya personally my monday blues are bad.It start on sunday night , facing the unavoidable feeling of facing the next day monday. Knowing the fact that once i sleep and close my eye, next time i open my eyes will be another monday.Facing another 5 1/2 working days.IT is tough , i guess working is part of life.Yes cyclic repeat of work again start back again.I guess repetitive work made u an expert in that work .

Yes, before. But now I know what my purpose is, and from the past years I realized Monday is the day you look forward to have a new record, a new day to start, a new journey of my life.
Monday is the day after sunday, where sunday is the day I go to church, where in the church I got motivated, inspire and received a lot instruction from God to whom I recharge my strength and skills.
Because of that I'm so excited to face monday with new hope, a lot of plans to excell in every where I set my foot on.
God bless you. Make your day always an extra ordinary day that can please God and I tell you its great to wake up everyday with a fresh start of the week.
