Hi,I think windows movie maker is best video editing software.it create animation effects,text ,insert audio...windows xp movie maker is best all type of computer.

Why not use the AVS video converter, it is a great software to convert any format of videos to any format you want. Also, you can use its video editor to edit any videos. I used it for adding special effects, and all other functions within it. It is a great software to use.

Am a fun of editing. I tried most of the tools on this platform but now am settled on Sony vegas. its more flexible and user friendly for me. Accompanied with Sony DVD Architect, you can do so much DVD menu magics. Blessed!!!

I think the best video editing software is Windows Movie Maker. Windows Movie Maker in Vista is nice and easy to use.

I use Corel VideoStudio 12 but I bough that. it has more options than Windows movie Maker and I like it a lot. i use it to encode my videos for Blip.TV.
