Facebook does wonders in someone's social life

We classify facebook as a trendy social site. But if we look further it is beneficial to all the users. In my case, I got reconnected with long time friends which I haven't seen for so long. My aunt who left for the States when I was only 8 years old, found me on facebook now we get to exchange messages occasionally.
I am able to promote my business. I can keep in touch with my long distance friends.
Facebook has done a great deal in my social life.

I agree,facebook is a big help most especially in gaining connections. Because of facebook, I have an upcoming bridal makeup gig. I also receive invites for bridal fair and other online earning groups.

I have used facebook for sending out invitations by setting up a event page. I believe that is the best and cheapest way to get out invitations. I send it to family members and friends.
I also will print out some invitations and hand them out to people that doesn't have a facebook account.
I use facebook for many reasons, i like to write and see what long distance family and friends are doing. It is a great way to talk to them sinc they don't live nearby.
