It's a time for diet again

What are you thinking about diets- are they successfully . When and how did you diet last time. Was it useful for you? Please, help me to take any decision.

I do not believe in diets that much, because if you go on a crazy diet, you might loose weight initially, but once you stop the dieting, you will gain it all right back. So I think the only way that really works is to change your habits, both when it comes to food and working out, this is really the only way to get long term results weightwise!
