Are you a good employee? Do you have perfect attendance? I would say that I am not. I have been late, and I have taken sick days. Another co - worker of mine, in contrast, he never take a sick day from last year, and he never been late. Actually, he always been there early than the designated work hour. He only off when the holidays comes and take vacations as needed. So, our supervisor mentioned about his name for perfect attendance. So, do you guys do the same at work like him too?

Nope, I never had a perfect whole year attendance. But I see to it that I never get late at work. Also taking leaves should be fully coordinated to my boss so as not to hamper the work. I never filed a sick leave for the past three years now and I wanted to keep it that way. In my company too, I have met many people which was given extra token for having a perfect attendance for the whole year. They were given an additional one month salary for having done this difficult task.

No, I would not say I am as good as your co-worker, but I am pretty good. My lunch breaks are slightly too long though, sometimes, but usually I behave pretty well at work. It just comes naturally to me, I was raised that way.

No, I don't have perfect attendance at work in the four companies I have worked for but I was regularized though. I often came in late, but I haven't given any warnings or memos that's why I became abusive..lol. The only instances that I have a perfect attendance and I don't have late is my English class in college, he is a very terror teacher and his motto is it's better never than late. Can't afford to miss the class because we always have surprise quizzes and exercises.
