General redemtion on Lockerz

It's been almost 3 months since I last logged in! I wasn't able to log because of school...but now that vacation is here, I wanna ask something about the upcoming general redemption in Lockerz.. You see, this is the NTH time i've tried to redeem something in ptzplace. And I get nothing. For example, the general redemption is on June 23rd but when I go there, it says "Prize Redemption coming soon"...I really don't get it why it is like that, can somebody explain it?
