is there any program which pay just for referring people? Suppose I open an account there and through my referral link many people join under me and I will get commission. Please if you know just tell me.

Try to register in a GPT site like Microworkers, I have signed up several programs because of this. You have to pay minimum of $.10 per referral who signed up under you. I have my link in my profile, if have time to visit and try the site. Hope I was able to help.
