Do you walk atleast an hour a day?

Walking is a very good exercise. It naturally keeps one fit. Unlike doing exercises in Gym, you dont put on weight if you stop it for sometime. I think It is a awesome technique of reducing weight without risks. Ofcourse time is a constraint in this day and age. But, one has to take out the time. What do you guys think? Would be glad to hear your thoughts.

Yes i agree with u that walking is a gr8 exercise. I dont walk regulary but whenever i get time i try to do it

na yaar.. i dun get time t owalk...itz been a so much tough routine that i dun even get time to excercise...in thiese days routine Life is so much hectic ke one cant gets time for himself :S

yeah its good habit to walk daily! earlier i used to sleep till 9 10! but i m habitual of walking daily, wid my mom dad

Yes I walk for an hour a day. I lost like 10 pounds yay! I am so concerned about my weight.

I sadly don't walk that much in a day. I should, but I don't. I am stuck at home most days. But your right is an excellent form of excerise.

I THINK IN TODAYS FAST WORLD....
A 10 MINUTE JOGG N A 20 MINUTE SWIMMING IS MORE THAN ENOUGH......(THATS HALF N HOUR N BURNS MORE CALLORIES)
N WE DONT GAIN WAIT WHEN WE STOP IT

That is interesting. Gives a different perspective.I give you +. But i think walking is still ore enjoyable and a good exercise. I dont think there will be gait problem by walking. Infact if one walks less there will be gait problems. Its like a machine. The more you use the better.

i walk for hour going to school and going back to home total of 2 hours a day hehe. and that is one technique of reducing weight. but when i got home tired i eat a lot soooo no effect. but its better than going to gym honestly

I am too lazy to walk and all. I do only things that are comfortable to my body. Having said that I am used to doign some postures of yoga since childhood so I keep on doing it. I enjoy doing the, So I dont have any health related issues.

i don manage to walk for n hour but i try to atleast for 40-45 minutes coz of my tough schedule..although i go gym swimming n all but i still feel theres a need to walk in an open air...it refreshes u :)
