Good day to you fellow Mylotter, I am just wondering why my nose does not have a chance to be free from colds since I was drinking 7 to 8 glasses of water everyday. Aside from that, I am also taking vitamins every day to be relieved from it, but, it will just be relieved for a couple of days then it will coming back again. I was very annoyed because of this. Is there a better way or a proper healthy treatment or a medical information that can somehow help to get rid of my colds.

i guess its better to see a doctor as it might be a nasal allergy already, cold is just normal for 2 to 3 days as its one way of cleaning dirt from our body, thats what doctor says, but if its already more than 3 days then you need to take medicine, if it keep on coming back then perhaps its allergy, but in my climate since its too hot here, colds and caught is normal. perhaps its just the climate changes thats why.

I never get colds. I eat fairly healthy food except for snacks. I take some vitamins and I try to get at least some exercise. I may have had one cold in my life but it may have just been allergies and I'm 64.

well taking up vitamin c is not that proven from preventing colds. I think exercise and good eating habits are the best prevention from diseases like colds. i think vaccinations is really the best way not to get colds and even this one is not that perfect. if you catch one then try your best to get out of it. i for one has a preexisting condition that will worsen my colds, i am still feeling some effects even if i caught it 15 days ago.
