Do you do exercise every day?

Are your body is strong and healthy?Whether your body is strong or not you should do exercise every day.Running,walking quickly and slowly,play basketball and football,play tennis,and so on.If you do exercise every day,illness will far from you.I wish every one here have a healthy body.Do you form the habit of exercising every day?

I really love yoga and I like to do it every day, but I have bad knees and I just had surgery, so I'm not able to do it for a while. It sucks because I'm going to get way out of shape and gain a lot of weight. I hate it.

try prenatal yaga. i did it when i was prego and it offers lots of interesting position options that are easy on the knees, due to the extra weight. dont except defeat :-)

I'm not accepting defeat. I literally mean I just had surgery; last Tuesday. I have a brace on. I can't even put on a sock right now.

i exercise atleast 30 min a day..
I do jumping rope and twister and do stretching too..

well i do a lot of exercise before i go to bed it helps me sleep better , and i lose a lot of kaloris, that is the most important thing for me , im a little over waight and i want to lose some calries

You're right that we need to exercise everyday to gain and recharge energy. It is the best way to maintain the shape of our body and maintain our weight.
I do exercis everyday because If I don't, my day is tiresome especially if we just sit the whole day infront the computer. We need some stretching.

No, not every day, I simply cannot find the time needed for that, even though I know I should. But I try to do something more or less every other day, this is the maximum I can do at the moment. If I had more free time, I would probably do it more often though!

I try to exercise regularly if not everyday. I cancelled my gym membership some time ago as I could no longer afford it and failed to get the most out of it. Now I just do simple exercises such as running few miles around the neighbourhood and doing pilates and cardio moves at home using DVDs. I think rigorous house cleaning and gardening could be counted as doing exercise too as you would get sweaty afterwards from burning calories.
I agree that doing exercises and being active would make yourself healthier and energised and also helping you to loose weight and endure stress of everyday life. But it takes commitment and discipline.

I don't particularly do the exercise. However, everyday I go to work and go home on foot. It will spend me about half an hour. I regard it as my daily exercise. As long as you want, it is easy to find any chance to do the exercise.

Ooh yeah! I in to gym everyday for workout.Having six pack was like my childhood dream.I think its really helpfull.It keeps you going throughout day.Few days ago i figured out that i'm gaining some weight so i started going to gym twice a day.If someone asks for my opinion,i'd suggest that everyone should work out.Staying physically fit has many advantages which you only realise after you start working out.If you don't find gym suitable then we can go for a run and can do light exercises.Yoga is a great way to keep up with our fitness.When i'm struck in a place where i can't find gym,then yoga is a great substitue.

i do some sort of exercise every day. even if its just doing squats at the computer instead of sitting while i my lot! lol. or lifting the milk a few times walking it to the counter. stretching down to tie my shoes instead of sitting. it helps me feel great all the time until i have a day to get to the gym. i think unhealthy people have a harder time forming these habits cause their minds are on making everything easier, not more productive.

I used to exercise everyday but I dont anymore. Its a burden for me. lol I know exercising is really very important but there are so many things that I need to do that I think, exercising becomes a second priority. I hate myself for not exercising, I know I should.

ypu ism one of them who exercises daily....i have been exercising regularly from last 6 months ...i have been spending one and half hour per day in the gym....now its my routine work so i have been enjoying it...it is keeping me healthy and fit...
i think we should care about our health because it is very important we must give at least 15 minutes for our health....i think swimming is the best exercise who dont like gyming ....

honestly I rarely exercise, you are right even healthy people should exercise to stay healthy and mostly those unhealthy people we really need to exercise I am one of the unhealthy well I am lacking of exercise since I hooked up in this online earning opportunity.
But because of your discussion I think I need to get back again in my simple routine of exercise it only take 30 minutes though. It will not affect my online earning.
I think even I eat healthy food and my herbal juice which contain 5 vegetable I still need to make some sweat in my body.

I don't really do exercise everyday. I guess it's not one of m priorities. I used to jog inside my subdivision at night, but I just couldn't find time for it anymore. I also don't enjoy jogging.
Anyway, I make it a point to walk everyday. I like walking :) I guess that's all the exercise I could get.
