I can't access to my lockerz account

Yesterday, when I accessed to my Lockerz account, it seemed ok, but today when I logged in, lockerz doesn't let me access. After I tried over 30 times, I thought my account might get stolen, so I tried to change my password. However, Lockerz said my email address seems doesn't exist in their system, and that's bull*hit. I am so angry and don't know what to do now. My account doesn't use any hacks or bots or glitch to earn PTZ. If Lockerz said I get banned in the future, that means they are FAKE, and just let you redeem something in the first few months or years. Please solve my problem.
