I'm not sure whether Neobux has a sign-in time period. A lot of websites do. When I was ill and offline for a year, I lost several accounts. Did I loose money, yes.
When I note that a site has sign-in restrictions I make a note of it and insure I sign in within that time frame. I'm new to neobux and so far like it. I have a list of sites that I sign-in every day. They are the ones that I earn cash on, neo, word, etc.
Prosperous mylotting

Oh, that's very bad news. NeoBux has had activity requirements for as long as I can remember. I don't like them, but I guess they want to keep their database clean of inactives and I'm sure they are well aware they can save money by deleting old balances. I guess you just have to accept that those are NeoBux's rules. At least now you can signup anew and cashout at lower balances again.

I had that happen to me but I was able to sign up again. A lot of people like Neobux but I have been more successful with Clixsense. I don't even use Neobux anymore because I kept having issues logging in. I like the fact that Clixsense also sends you your weekly stats which kind of reminds you to log in.

I had my account suspended also, but I was able ask them to change the stat. Try to contact their support, maybe they will lift the suspension, even though they say its permanent....

Hello Ruby722!
If you are inactive for about 30 days, your account will be temporarily suspended and if it takes 60 days or more your account will be permanently suspended and an inactive user for72 hours after registration will have the account permanently suspended. But i think you can still get your money, just try to write to the administrator and ask them what to do.

The same thing just happened to me today.
I logged in to my account, with my user name of FranciscoNET and I was greeted with the following message:
YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED
Your account was suspended permanently due to inactivity.
You can register a new account but with a different user name.
Now, here's the bad thing. I had upgraded this account to a premium membership, this is not fair. I say, lets start finding other victims of this scam, special,y those who paid for have a "Premium" account had then have it suspended because of "Inactivity" to start a class action suit?
