Werewolfclicks.com ,is this a scam site?

I have been getting addicted to PTC and PTS sites lately and I came accross this particular site called werewolfclicks.com. I got promted to sign up. I haven't invested a thing in this site but my dilemma now is that I am not sure if this is a legitimate site. I just want to now if this would give me benefits or would this just be another means to waste my time. These are the details about the site: payout for members: $10 25% referral earning PTP/PTC/PTR ads please enlighten me. :)
