Charice as future Celine Dion, I hope... Charice on Glee

It would be much better if Charice will be Charice.. the next singing superstar, there, better. No one could take Celine's Spot, just like Whitney's..Mariah's and so on..

Indeed Charice is a very talented singer and it's amazing for her to be part of Glee although it was just a recurring role, it will give her more opportunities to showcase her talent to the rest of the world and besides, Glee is a good show too. Celine is a very talented singer too and very down to earth. But as for Charice being the next Celine Dion....I prefer for Celine to be the only Celine Dion and Charice to be the only Charice. I think that it would be better for her to make a name for herself because of her talent than be compared or live in another talented singer's shadow although it would be an honor if people do regard her as a future Celine Dion. Hope to hear more from her and may her talent be known to everybody. Hope she keeps her feet on the ground too, in that way she can go even farther.

i really hope dat she get's wat she deserves ,but more importantly i am really amazed by her life story how she got acclaimed(through youtube videos) for her singing and her journey towards success.best of luck to her.keep your fingers crossed

As a fellow Filipino I am really happy for her for having been cast on the television series Glee. But I haven't seen her act. As every Glee fans know, Glee is not just about singing and dancing. They can also act. Singing is already given for Charice but I'm really hoping he can act well. Good luck Charice! Show them what we Filipinos are capable of.
