During the Christmas season I prefer to shop online just to avoid the crowds. In the years that I have done this I have never had a problem with any product that I have brought. However, I have never brought anything like clothes online due to size and fit. With clothes I alway have to go to the store to buy so I can try it on first. Anything else such as toys, books, electronic gadgets I feel good about buying online.

Oh yes, we do about 90% of our Xmas shopping online too and it is wonderful to avoid all the crowds in the shopping mall and to just wait at home for everything to arrive!

I do prefer online shopping in general as it is so much more convenient. I don't have to go to the shops, deal with queues and lots of people. But if I am buying clothes or shoes, I do prefer to go to actual shops so I can try them on. But I much prefer buying things like CDs and DVDs online.

I still prefer buying in the boutiques, shopping centers or stores. It is not that I have not tried buying or shopping online, it is just that, I am not satisfied with the product. I have bought a dress not only once online, and both does not fit me. Although, the details online were actually good and fits my size, when the product was delivered and try it out, the dress did not fit me. Unfortunately, no cancellation or exchange of products. I had no choice.
Shopping manually is more accurate because you can be able to fit the clothes you want to buy, or check any cellphone you want.

I prefer shopping at the store over online, because I like to physically feel and see the merchandise before purchasing it. I would buy food online from grocery stores, but most don't deliver, you still have to go there to purchase it, so what's the point?
