how can i get rid of migraine

I was in hell last night. My head was spinning and it felt like someone was drilling on my temples. It started attacking me when I was in high school. I remember the day of our final exam in chemistry, since that morning I was in pain. I couldn't open my eyes well, I couldn't think, and when I was in the middle of exam, I threw up! I hate migraine!! How can I get rid of it?
