That is very unfortunate. I know what it is like to forget things easily. Sometimes I completely forget things that I know by heart. (like locker combinations and passwords, for example) Last week at work I went to clock in and my mind went blank! I could not remember my login even though I have it memorized. I'm not sure if this is anything like what you experience, but if so, the first thing you have to remember is DO NOT PANIC. If you do, you'll be even more lost. In regards to the name forgetting: try to come up with "short-cuts" or "tricks" The way info is stored in the mind is like a web. If you create more connections, it will be easier to retrieve the info. Say you're trying to get from Point A to Point B, but the road is closed (darn construction, lol ) What do you do?? Take an alternative path, right? So you need to create another path. An example of this would be the trick for remembering the colors of the rainbow: ROY G BIV You also did not state the reason why you forget things. Do you know? It may be do to poor diet, depression, stress, etc. It may not actually be a physical thing. Here is a list of tips I found: http://www.wikihow.com/Improve-Your-Memory It is hard to respond to your discussion because you didn't give many specifics. I hope I was of some help.

It is awful in 4getting things easily. Please consult a doctor for your memory problem at once. You are too young to be forgetful.

There is nothing to worry about as this is just normal to everybody forgetting things sometimes. You're still too young and perhaps there is a mix up in your mind when you are thinking of something or a name of a friend you haven't met for a long time. Go and take the normal stride on your life and later you will find out that nothing is wrong with you. God bless and welcome to myLot.

Are you concentrating on anything very seriously, right now? Then that is the reason so that you forget all other things. Absent mindedness is one quality of genius people and don't get worried about it. Once, you fulfill your current project, I think you will resume your memory. If you are disturbed a lot, check in a good doctor.

I saw in a study that eating raisins will improve your memory. Try it for a week. Eat a spoonful everyday. But dun overdo it, like eating raisins and no other. The key is to be moderate. Take care

I do not think that this is too much to worry about, we all have moments of forgetfulness at times, sometimes caused by other things that are taking over our mind. The best thing you should do, if it really is becoming a worry, and getting more severe, you should go and see your Dr, and explain to him what has been happening, he may run some tests, to see if there is an underlying problem.

you should eat plenty of foods containing vitamin C, B12 and vitamin B6. Vitamin C helps in preventing memory loss. Vitamin B12 and B6 is very important to protect the nervous system.
