Childcare!

Do you have your kids in child care when your working?
Or do you have family or friend who help look after them?
If you do put your children in child care while your working, How do you afford it, its not like child care is cheap?
I was working for awhile last year and had my son in child care 5 days a week, After i paid for child care it wasnt even worth me working!

I work online so I don't have a need to pay for childcare. When I worked outside the home,daycare was so expensive I had to find something else. Thank God for the internet!

I don't have any children myself, but I watch a couple in my home. I do it just as a part time job here and there money. Nothing special or anything. I charge $2 an hour per child. Which seems pretty average for the area. I also provide the food.
You have to keep in mind though that Idaho is still one of the few that is still at min wage of 5.15. Not that most still pay that little, but you do see it. And its still hard to make ends meat.

I am lucky my daughter doesnt have to goto childcard while I am at work. my wife is a stay at home mom.
