is paypal also available here in the PHILIPPINES?

Hi jedexe!!! PAYPAL is available in the philippines. You can make a paypal account by just going into their website and make an account.. If you are earning online you can put your paypal account email address in so that if you cash out it will be transferred directly to your paypal account. Then of course you'd like to withdraw that. In order for you to do that your paypal account should be verified. You should connect your paypal account with your credit card or debit card. Make sure they have a VISA logo. I use EON from Unionbank. You can go there and ask them how to get one. You will only pay 350 pesos for this and will get this in 2 weeks time. When you already have EON, deposit at least 200 in there cause paypal's gonna charge you for verification, but it will definitely be refunded afterwards.Once verified, you can now withdraw all your online earnings and enjoy it... Paypal is in fact available for use here in the Philippines. You can tie your Paypal account to your BDO account for easy access to your earnings. And I believe you can lod up your account thru BDO
