What should I put in the billing address that paypal is asking for? My address or the bank that I have applied to? Please help me.

This is Your primary address, it will be to verivied your address.It's matched with Your credit card or not.
Sure You know why they need Your address.Aren't you??
Cause it's connect with Your credit card, while credit card need your address to drop the bill.Happy mylotting!!
