I came across an online article recently which promoted certain routine excercise as a sure way of increasing one's height.
I will not elaborate as I can only remember the intended purpose of the article. Earlier today I cam across another article which is promoting the ingestion certain pills as the way to go if people want to increase their height.
A bit scary if you ask me.
Now as far as I am concerned if I was interested in growing a bit taller and had to chose between the two then Id opt for the excercise routine. There is no way I am going to pump some substance into my system to gain a few inches.
Here is a link to the article promoting the pills.

Which method would you opt for if you were interested in growing a bit taller?

Well as far as i m concerned,I am lucky to have been blessed with a good height and am thankful to my parents and God for it...:P...But my girlfriend is seriously interested in growing a bit tall because she is very short and we together look a bit well awkward.Of course,it has nothing to do with our compatibility levels and we love each other enough. But,she still silently wishes sometimes that if she could gain a few inches of height, she'd be so happy.I really want to know if there's actually a natural way of doing this at her age which is 23 now.I'll definitely wont want her to take any pills as i love her too much to let her take any kind of risk with her health.Any advice anybody??

Everybody wants to be taller, but I always think that the natural way is the best. If it is not necessary, it is better not to take the medicine because it is somewhat bad for the health in my opinion. Exercise like playing basketball etc and the suitable diet is the best way to grow taller.
I love China

well i dont know if pills really worked but taking them has no disadvantages unless there are some bad chemicals in it. And exercise really is the best.

I hear you about the pills but I just cant see anything that would alter the function of your hormones as not bein gharmful. I just figure there must be some undesirable effects.
Exercise has my votes too. Even if it does not increase growth as is claimed it will certainly be beneficial to the body anyways.
Thanks for sharing.

There is nothing you can do about your height. IT all depends on your GENES.
YOu have some chances to grow taller if you are under 20.
Just make sure you have a healty diet, sleep for at least 8 hours per day, do some sport and avoid smoking and caffeine containing drinks.
Your final height: 90% Genes
10% healty diet and exercising
And doing the stretching exercises wont make you grow taller.
THE ADVANTAGE OF STRETSCHING EXERCISES: - you will look taller (1 or 2 inches)
- good poisture
- you only needs to to it 15 to 20 min
everyday
DISADVANTAGE OF STRETSCHING EXERCIES: - you have to do it every day
- are difficult to perform and may lead to
injury
- its just PERMANENT. after you stop
doing these exercises your height will
the same before you started doing the
exercises
I wouldnt recommend these pills because they may contain dangerous chemicals. Most of these pills are just some multyvitamin pills and they wont make you grow taller.
Just have a healty diet and do some sport, who knows you might be lucky and gain some inches :).
My height is 5.7 I tried everything and nothing really helped me to grow even 1 inch taller.
