To not offend anyone, please pay attention to key words, thanks! When it comes to some older people i have noticed that their lives really revolve around some of the most tedious things. For instance, some will study the obituaries and make it their duty to attend all the funerals they can, rather they know the people or not. It could be people they haven't seen since the 60's, but they'll do whatever they can to be there. Going to the doctor's: Know matter what time the appointment is, they must be there atleast 1 to 2 hours ahead of time. Actually, this falls under just about every place they go. Now back to the doctor's: Most of the time they're fall'in apart from head to toe and death is near any minute now. As long as there is a pill on the market for one of their issues, they'll be right there to get that prescription. Some older people complain constantly. A lot of times when speaking to them, you have to just say hello and always act as if you're in an hurry to get somewhere, because saying hello and how are you will become five hours of conversation, filled with ole damsals and distresses. There are tons more, but i just needed to get my point across. Does anyone have any feedback on this and other related topics?

Well, you gotta understand, old people can't do much. Maybe they still want to play basketball or football but their health doesn't comply anymore. Maybe this is the reason why they just do whatever they can to at least keep them occupied. It's better to do something than to do nothing at all and wait for your time. That would be lonely.
