Backward leg lifts. Actually, lift leg from knee only, and repeat. Don't lift leg in front of you, raise your foot toward your behind, but keep knees parallel to each other. Hard to visualize...but it works.

Hey! Thanks for the suggestions.. I tried it this weekend.. I'll do a few reps at least 4 x's a week! I can feel the burn!
