Pizza diet huh? have a slice of pizza every three hours assoiciated with one hour of cardio a day, guy lost 24 lbs and 5 inches off his waist. That is pretty awesome not too forget his cholesterol went down significantly as well. I am impressed, i could eat pizza breakfast lunch and dinner, now to think that if you portion controled and timed it just right to keep the fire fueled, you can lose weight and love it too.
I am so tempted to try it out what do you guys think? Or has anyone tried this yet?

well i believe the mechanics of it is that you have to eat constantly through out the day, meaning like every hour or two you have a slice of pizza, keeping your metabolism going all day long. so you'll eat more than just three times a day

Hi justinstout
my body needs more than pizza and anyways once I would go off it I would probably gain it all back and more. Therefore, I don't think it's would be good for me.
Take care

I totally agree with you, but if you think about the mechanics of it, if you train your body for low calories every few hours all day long, it's like putting a log onto the fire which keeps the fire going, so i think this would work with just about anything as long as it is relatively good calories, and you are getting the nutrition and sleep your body requires.

you have a point my friend but the bottom line for me it would not work.

Take care and have a wonderful evening

lol, I have heard it all now, the pizza diet lol. I love pizza too but I think the only way to really lose weight is less calories and to tone ujp exercise. It is good that he lost this amount of weight though but how balanced was his diet and how is he going to keep it off? Give it a go if you want butmake sure you take multi vitamins or make sure your toppings have fruit or veg on them also. Huggles. Ellie :D

lol, agreed, i too am a firm believer of a well balanced diet, where i may not adhere to it all the time because i love food just like the other person, but it's interesting to know that someone has successfully fullfilled a pizza diet and has lost so much weight and keeping his cholesterol down as well. It's interesting, now it could to be a ploy to try and get pizza sells up..who knows lol.

This is the first I have heard of a pizza diet. As a former pizza chain worker, I am behind this 100%. What better motivation for weight control than a food you love to eat.

What kind of pizza is it? Maybe i should try it too. I'm fond of going to the gym to lose weight and I like to eat. This is a good combo for me. Lol.
