What has been your worset pizza hut expirence?

They had once a promo with buy one take one card..which I bought for a fee.. talked me in to ordering all the add ons and it turned out that I paid more than twice than I should... what a gig

I made an order for delivery just this week and they never even bothered to show up with my order. They didn't even call to tell me the order had been canceled. The next day I called them and they told me they were sorry. They couldn't take the order because their credit card swiping system was broken. I have worked at Pizza Hut though, and they don't get paid enough. I can see why they wouldn't do their job well.

There's this one time when my girlfriend and I ate at Pizza Hut. We've been seated, we've already ordered and we were told to wait for 15 minutes. After 30 minutes I started asking our server for our order. He wasn't doing anything and I still have to call his name for like a dozen times before he noticed me. I asked for our order and then he realized that he was still holding on to the piece of paper with our order in it. Like duh? We've been waiting for 30 minutes and he still wasn't able to process our after all!

I have only had two bad experiences with Pizza Hut for all my life. Once the waitress forgot to give us our food.. We complained to the manager, got fresh stuff and the waitress was fired. Then the last time, we had a new waiter, so it is understandable that he has a hard time. But we noticed that he was handling the food (putting the pizza in the box for dine-in people) without gloves or anything. Otherwise we have had great expeiences. I'm glad that I haven't had too many bad experiences. yeah their bathrooms aren't that great, but I see that every where I go.

My worst pizza hut experience was when the only one in my city burned their kitchen down x.x ...They said it was burned because someone ordered a GIANT pizza..I'm guessing something custom, Lmao.. The back side of the building was burnt and had giant hole in it. Finally they just changed the looks of it and repaired it after about 3 months of waiting. I'm sure that's why everyone went to the Little Caesar's down the street, and that Pizza Hut lost business xP
