Whats your stance on circumcision?

The reason I ask is my sister is getting ready to have a baby and its going to be a boy. I have heard alot of bad things about circumcision. I have been told that it reduces the feeling down there, and have read some horror stories about botched circumcisions, accidently cutting it a little too much or even off. I was also wanting to see how many guys have had one and if your religon plays a part in your opinion on circumcision.
