I would like to travel to Central America but I haven´t been able to do it yet. I am from Chile. Nicaragua is a place that has attracted me for a long time as I am a writer and Nicaragua is a land of poets.
I hope I´ll get there sometime.

Years ago Ernesto Cardenal came to Chile and read his poems at the university where I was teaching. It was one of the most memorable experiences in my life.

I would love to go on a trip to Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama and Colombia. In Nicaragua I would like to vist two colonial cities I have heard about, the Corn Islands and the island in the middle of the lake. I know it would be a cheap destination to go to. The local people are friendly. I have visited some of Central America already: Mexico, Belize and Guatemala. I adore traveling to tropical countries in particular.
