By herself? Giving the reason that she has another person in the car with her so she should be allowed? If that's true then no, at least not where I live. Where I live, you can only drive in the carpool lane if you have at least two people with valid driver's licenses in the car.

Sure! If she's got another driver with her. :) Honestly, I think the carpool lane laws should be with 2 or more DRIVERS in the car. Or at least 2 or more people old enough to drive in the car. Kids and babies shouldn't count cuz they obviously can't drive, so you're technically not carpooling. --- --- --- "I certainly think Britney Spears is the devil.
