To drive means to take risks. Driving is one of the professions that most people earn for a living. Learning how to drive is not difficult though but you need mastery in order to manage it. Here in the Philippines you can actually learn how to drive as easily as cooking. As a matter of fact there are teenagers ranging from 13 to 16 who already knows how to drive a car. Amazing in deed, however driving should be incorporated with lectures such as how to manage or maintain your car, traffic rules and regulations and a lot more. Without those things mentioned, driving wouldn't be as efficient as you think. Most often people neglected to attend seminars and lectures regarding driving which in fact it should be necessary for the drivers to know the rules of the road. Sad to say, about 80% of Filipinos are not well educated with regards to driving. That's the reason why there are a lot of road accidents merely 2 person dies in an hour due such in any places in the said country. So, are you an educated driver? how do you response to this?
