I have quite a few exams coming up and it's really affecting my performance.
I'm not really feeling particularly hot, but just very tired for some reason and exhausted almost, I'm also feeling very sluggish and slow, what can I do to counteract this? It's really worrying me because I'm worried it will affect my exams being like this, I can't even think properly...
Any advice would be great... :)

Hi,
Make sure you get plenty of sleep. Eating properly, doing some exercise and treating yourself after you've done revision etc., always helps.
Also make sure you have enough fresh air in the room you're revising in.
Good Luck.

I am finding the same problem that I am tired in this hot weather. I drink coffee to wake me up. I also find that walking round and doing something wakes me up, but if I sit down for too long, I feel more tired. You can run cold tap water over your wrists, as that is supposed to cool down your blood. You can also buy facial spritzers or cooling sprays to spray onto your face. If you get chance, you could try having a short nap to reinvigorate yourself for the rest of the day too. Good Luck!
