it was very tough times facing paypal they have new rules new conditiosn so ptc users faced lots of difficulties using paypal indians cant withdraw personal payments to paypal.. so i tried alertpay withdrawals.. cheques takes 1 month to arrive to ur home and another one month to cash t out then i tried visa card withdrawal and guess what... its successful ask me anything friends
