ok so this morning wasn't all that great for waking up, it's like my alarm clock set off a chain of events that lead to a time bomb i guess.
Alarm goes off, it's papa roach last resort, i jump out of bed, some how blanket is hooked to me, i don't make contact with ground with both my feet, until blanket causes me to lose my balance and i faceplant, all at the same time removing the blankets from my wife and my children that don't sleep in their own bed.
I recover myself, and blanket, and try to locate my phone which so happend to fly nearly all the way across the room and rest nicely under my dresser. so i go to go down stairs open my door and step in something not so nice feeling and cold, make it all the way down stairs and step in to a bigger pile of something that i was pretty sure my dog left behind for me. and boy do i wish i turned on the light before i went down. My dog got sick in 7, im not kidding seven spots last night, it was like he poopuked. im going to look it up in urban dictionary, if not is should be in it.
needless to say this morning i had it rough and on the way to work i was feeling a lil sleepy and almost lost it.
what do you do to keep yourself awake on the way to work, or what is your normal wake up routine?

Doesn't sound like you had a good startto the day today does it! Before I do anything I make myself two cups of tea before clearing anything the pets may have left etc., thenI go up and wash and dress, after that I will deal with everything else. If extremely tired I may take an NRG tablet vitamin or a themrojetics drink as this usually works for me. Sleep is the only answer but know that notpossible with the hours you do etc. It mak#y hep for more restful sleep though if you can lead the 2 year old back to his own room and try to get the younger one into same routine as that must be taking it toll too. After the first few nights of keep getting up and leading them back eventually they will stay. huggles. Ellie :D

the morning is better now now that i am at work and a wake that is. lol, yep im mylotting lol
Anyways, with the two year old, it's pretty sad, he will cry until he pukes, and it feels like my wife trys but the end result is he ends back up in the bed. and sadly enough it feels as if the youngest is spiraling to the same routine, which is a perfect next topic for me lol
whats NRG tablet, how does that help you wake up? thanks ellie

It is a tablet that contains natural guarana which is a herb that helps you stay alert. I supply products like these myself but they are readily availbale in USA via any Herbalife distributor same as the thermojetics. All help with energy levels. Your two year needs to get out of that habitbless as like you say the little one will do the same.

I use a alarm clock to let me wake up every day .So the alarm clock is very important in my life ,especially on morning . But I turn it off when I still want to sleep in my bed sometimes . Then I jump out of the bed ,when I am aware of the left time is going out .
