After the President said they would not enforce marijuana laws, states have stepped in and decided if and what they would allow. Every state is different. What is your opinion now about medicinal marijuana and recreational marijuana? Do you think the substance should be legal under certain circumstances or special circumstances. Do you believe that this is a great tax source or do you think the negative out weighs the positive?

i saw a doc on fox last night say ( and it was one of fox's contributors) say pot causes cancer, the man is a down right liar, not 1, not 1, case of cancer has been proven to be contacted by pot smoking since they started keeping the books on such things. they reported, i decided, he was a schmuck. now for cancer patients, i agree it should be given just so they can get a meal down and lessen the effects of chemo, i saw both parents go by the way of cancer and i wish i could have talked them into doing a bone while taking chemo but they were old school, old country. as for recreational diddling , more people get killed by drunk drivers 10-1 than by reefer smoking drivers, it also doesnt effect "every organ" in your body in a negative way like booze does. so hey ya want to over indulge on booze, puke on your shoes and make an as$ of yourself be my guest, id rather sit down do a doobie and relax and know my insides are rotting away. they should legalize it, tax it, and control distribution. put some dealers out of work and send them to mexico for payback.
