Would you work from home if you could get a job as website manager?

I was wondering how many people would actually be serious about work at home if they would get a chance to manage a site (I'm not talking about average offers earning pocket change) where they'd be only Website Manager in charge and involved with a share on income what site generates? We hear many people talk how bad would they want a job online but not many are actually doing it, I mean a job where you can earn a living with your work. My specific question would be would a position of website manager with share on income be the job people are looking for and what would be their expected share?
