friends we all know that Argentina's opponent in the prequarter is mexico .
do you think that mexico is a stronger opponent for argentina? or they are too small for argentina.
according to me Mexico is not enough to defeat Argentina .Argentina is in very good form and Mexican players will have to work hard in the field . any way put your opinions here.

Hi shibilyt yes even I agree with you that Mexico is relatively weaker than Argentina on paper. However quite often we have seen in this tournament itself that thew favourites have been defeated.Let me tell you that I am a die hard fan of Argentina and Maradona still I have noticed a few mistakes or rather defects in their game..1)The central defence of Argentina is weak and if the opponenet can utilise this then it will be difficult for Maradona nd his boys..2)Lack of quality ball player in the midfield and that is the reason why Messi and Tevez are falling back deep into their half and creating moves from inside their own teritory. However a team which won't allow them enough space will make it hard for Argentina..3)If Messi is stopped then Argentina will be in really deep trouble and any player can have an off day.So thpugh Mexico is weak on paper yet I think that if their coach can utilise these defects then it will be a great match to watch.

There is no doubt that Argentina are the better side on paper than Mexico. For Mexico this is their chance for revenge after being dumped out of the last world cup by Argentina. They will really have a go at Argentina. I think it would be an interesting match which will see a lot of attacking open football.
Cheers!

This should be a good matchup. Both teams are very attack-minded and have great players in that department. Both have suspected defence. So I expect an open attacking game, unlike some nations who just packed their defence and bore the fans to sleep. Having said that, I think Argentina will have the edge here.
