Recently I have been having trouble sleeping? Does this happen to you? What do you do to finally sleep good?

I have a routine too. I go to sleep around 11:00 too. But, I can't sleep if something is on my mind. I mean, if I have a creative idea, I have to at least right it down before I sleep. Otherwise, I will constantly think about it.

I fall fast asleep when I watch TV. I don't know why but if I watch TV for 2 hours I get very sleepy and sometimes fall asleep with the TV turned on. Hot milk also helps me sleep ... drink 2 glasses of hot milk and then I can have some good rest. And the last thing that helps me fall asleep is reading books. If it's passed 9 PM and I read 10 pages, my eyes are closing especially if I reached a very boring chapter that doesn't wake up my reading interest. Hope this was useful.

I have a cd of ocean waves that I find very soothing, but that only works if I'm tired. Sadly, I hurt so bad that after the edge of my tiredness is off, if I wake up, it can be very hard to get back to sleep.

I am one to not sleep good and i can stay awake all night with so many things running thrugh my head. I wish i could sleep through the night with out taking any medicine. I take 4 teaspoons every night of Benedryl to make me go to sleep, if i didn't take this i would never go to sleep. Benedryl helps me fall alseep and also helps with my allergies and runny nose every night. I sleep almost all through the night when i take benedryl, i might wake up a couple times through the night and thats it. It really does help me and might help others as well.

Well, if I have trouble sleeping I do one of three things... I will either sit and watch TV in bed, or read, or I will use my laptop in bed. Whichever one of these I choose it normally makes me tired, and then I am able to sleep. I think the reason is because the strain of these things on your eyes make you feel tired, and it does work.

I rarely have trouble sleeping. I usually have trouble sleeping when the weather is really hot. I usually don't go to bed right after watching a scary movie. I'll surf the web or something to ease my mind first. I usually get about eight hours of sleep. I fall asleep fairly fast too.

Normally, I would not have trouble falling asleep. In those days that I do, I would play some games either on my mobile or laptop. Not those adrenaline rushing game, just some bored meaningless games till I doze off.

Yeah, it does happen from time to time. I usually solve it by reading until I get tired, and drinking some chamomille tea. But make sure the book is not very good, then it might keep you up instead!
