Cyber lockers, has anyone heard of it?

Yesterday, I saw a posting in yahoo about cyber lockers, originated mainly from European countries to sell those pirated movies, especially new releases, just on the theater for a couple of days. They posted those movies available online for only about $5 per month subscription fee. It causes huge turmoil in Hollywood and movies industries. I knew that pirated movies already spread out everywhere. About this Cyber Lockers, it is my first time heard of it. Does anyone have idea about it?

That is not a movie, but website so popular among Europe which let you download movies for merely $5 per month subscription fee. Brand new release and theater movies all found in there. Totally invade piracy law.
