Is it something in the air? Are the stars not right? What is going on. My day started with my yoga class being cancelled, well that was OK with me I got to the store early and so got home early. When I drove in the drive way there was water everywhere, a pipe was broken, this is not to unusual in the Spring when we first set up the irrigation but it just makes things harder. When I finally made it to the house I got all my missed exercise in unloading food from the car. See there really is a reason for everything. Doesn't it just blow your mind when you get to see the pieces of life's puzzle fit together. Blessings

I'm glad to hear that it isn't just me that found that there were difficult days this week. For me, it felt like the entire week should have been over by Tuesday. It started out with a fight with one of my good friends, had to take the kitten to the vet's office and then my children (and my nieces to a much lesser extreme) have not seemed to know how to behave this week. In my effort to make the most out of a difficult time, I'm taking my children to a minor league baseball game this evening because they are having a special on the prices of their tickets.

there is this saying: START YOUR DAY RIGHT. this usually leads me to be very very careful of starting my day because if not, my whole day will turned out as bad as it has started. i think the saying should go like this: START YOUR DAY with a PRAYER! this will bring everything about life into place!=)

hi savypat yes it does indeed as I just r ealized things do happen for a reason at times.,Some mylot friend told me my son would definitely get a job before June 22, so last Wednesday he came to see me and he had worked that day, he met an old friend whom he had worked with twelve years ago. when this friend heard my son had been out of work for over a year he immediately gave him a job. Knowing people and networking can sometimes get you jobs when just hunting does not do it. so I am just really happy that after so long he has a job. as his mom I felt so badly that I could not help him get a job.

We all have inertia, so as our eyes and feelings. When we meet a few unfavorable things continuously, we will consider that nothing is good, then all beautiful stuffs slip away from us. I called March "Bad luck month", bad things seem to happen very easier during that time and I always feel uncomfortable. Not only you and me like this, everybody does. However, if everything goes well even develop as we wish, is there any surprise for us? Life needs embarrassment, we need colorful life. Yeah? Maybe you will see a rose on your car tomorrow morning, how luck you are!

Hi Savypat, Yes there is a reason for everything, glad you got your exercise in but I have had a bit of a day like that so there is something in the air, all out of sorts, feel asleep when son did earlier - wide awake now and its the early hours and need to be up in morning to go back to work. I am sure I will find out the reason in due course lol. Huggles. Ellie :D

It sure does, I always think that many things in life happen for a reason. One thing happens in such a way so that something else can happen the way it does. I kind of think that life is like a series of chain reactions sometimes and it all fits together like one big puzzle. Hope the rest of your day is a good one.

It does, doesn’t it? Now that I am aware of it I take notice of the pieces fitting together more and more. I guess that is why it really is true that everything happens for a reason. My husband was fired from a job he loved years ago and within a week he was hired by the boss he has now and he is in a position he enjoys even more for better pay! Sometimes it takes a while to see those pieces fall into place and, at other times, such as in your case it does not take too long to see why things occur they way they do!

Some days are just like this! They begin difficult and you're feeling down and then just when you need it, you realize it's LIFE. It's just another day in this thing we call life. There will be good days and bad days and we have to take both!

dear pat,
it gets scary when you think deeper isnt it? i try so hard not to think of bad things happening in the future but seems the earth is so sinful: striking people (unsatisfied), violence, hunger... and God is starting to let His power be felt: tsunami, floods, earthquakes...
ohh, but were talking of just today. got to go to the office now.
take care,
ann

Happy you can see the whole picture at the same moment. Sometimes it takes years to see it all and then we all say....ahhhh so that was why!!
I had a scary day today, started with an earthquake but no damage, so all's well. Wonder what the message was in it. Im sure I'll find out eventually.
Blessings to you also !!
