Weird Group

The weirdest group is group of Germany, Serbia, Ghana, and Australia. After beat Germany 1-0, now Serbia is beaten by Australia 2-1. After beaten by Germany 4-0, Australia draw against Ghana 1-1 and win against Serbia 2-1, while Ghana qualify because of penalty. Is it only me or you guys think this group is weird as well?

It was definitely a topsy turvy group. I think that Ghana won one match and drew another while Germany won both their matches. Australia also won 1 and drew another match while Serbia won 1 and lost two more matches. So given that Germany and Ghana qualified for the next round ahead of Aussies and Serbia. I think it was good for Africa as at least one team has qualified to the next round!! Cheers! Ram

Another weird, probably weirder is the group of Italy, Paraguay, New Zealand, and Slovakia. Who's gonna expect Slovakia to qualify? And Italy are in the bottom of the group, even New Zealand could get 3 points....
