Miracle, is it true?

My mom was diagnosed with cancer last 2006. She undergone operation and treatment for her illness. By 2007, according to the doctor that she was fully recovered from such. But by 2008 the cancer recurred and until now my mom is still suffering. Sometimes, I could really ask myself if miracles are true? is it?
If you believe in it, then what was that miracle that you had experience?
