Hello
The best way to deal with pride is to recognize that your doing it. If youre able to recognize it then you will have the guts to atleast make things right even if it's not your fault.
Just think of it this way. you get angry because you cant seem to make sense out of a conversation that either of you dont want to listen. A conversation that will be unfinished.

I know I'm showing pride, but its hard to admit that I did something wrong, and to surrender the fact that I beleive was right.
I think for now,it's better to deal the relationship when both of us are willing to listen and our tempers have cooled down.

Pride is good but too much is not good. I think that you cannot control your emotions if you have too much pride in you. That is what I experienced and there is no good of having this trait. However, we can use this pride to make us different form the rest.

You don't want to apologize because you THINK it's not your fault! There are factors why people don't want to apologize, PRIDE is one or maybe they don't want to accept defeat. Yes, it's true that pride is present to us but we can avoid it! Open our hearts and minds, understand. If we are selfless to others especially the ones we love then life will be more meaningful and stress free!
