When will u afford to buy a house?

For most of the youngsters who just finished college education,it is really hard to buy a house by themselves,Especially in China,some cities house price is really high~like the city Beijing,Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hainan,A house around 80 square meters in a not far away from down-town could cost u no less than 30,0000 us dollars.For common people maybe for their whole life to repay the loan. What is your opinion? Rent or buy a house ,and reasons~

Housing prices in china has risen to the non-imagined,but some areas in china can still swallow, this may be our young people,the more power it but most still can not afford their own homes,this and the national conditions of china's social system and the it.we still have to fight for ah.

Rent house is the best way if our financial is not enough. Of course we still have to save some money to buy a permanent house. Or maybe you can buy land then step by step building house using resource that we have. To do that you must arrange your budget, so you can make that house

i would not buy a house ,too expensive ,we can not afford .Now renting may be more reasonable.
We now have to consider many aspects that need a lot of money.Such as save for marriage, medical expenses of parents and so on.
But if the city house prices fell the price I could afford would consider maybe.
