Just had my lunch, I usually bring my own lunch at work for me to save money and as recommended by my doctor. We don't know if the food in the canteen is that clean, unless you have money to eat at restaurant. How bout you my fellow Mylotters, do you bring your own food or eat at canteen near you?

No I don't because I am a bit lazy when it comes to making food and it goes bad by the time I want to eat at lunch. I just get a bit of cash and I go down to mcdonalds between my breaks and I get whatever I want to eat from there. I know it's not very healthy but it's better than what I make plus I love mcdonalds so I'm not complaining :P

Yeah !! , I do bring my Lunch to work and unless and until I am early to work or i have a meeting or have to travel .
I used to have my Lunch in restaurants and Cafeteria before , but after getting Acidity and when learnt from my doctor that constant intake of outside food with spice and artificial substances were also a reason , i started bringing lunch on my own .
At first , it was a bit irritating to me to pack my lunch and take a Lucnh box with you . But I am used to it now.

Same with me, my stomach is so acidic and sensitive. My mother cooks for me.

One of the things I hate when bringing my own lunch is the hassle of bringing it.

And you can save money too. My mother does the cooking, if she can't cook then I have to buy my lunch at the canteen.

I guess I'll just have to live with that . That's one of the catch when bringing your own lunch.

No. I don't really have time to cook. I tried cooking my lunch before but I was almost an hour late. Its really hard for me so I just buy lunch, which is really not that expensive. I'll try cooking again for my lunch when I transferred to a place nearer to my work.
