I also enjoy eating with my hands when I'm at home. Your school is making sure that all of the students is healthy and will not transmit any disease so what they are doing is great.

Yes, that's a combination for me. Even if I didn't bring lunch and eat at our canteen, I still would like to use my spoon & fork.

That's also good. It's more safer than available spoon at the canteen.

In the past company I worked, we have steel spoon & fork but I still bring mine. When I resigned I forgot to bring it with me until I visited and do some help there, I search for that pair and luckily I got it back. Although they already used it, I still get it and bring in my present work. I badly miss that pair.

In foodcourt and other restaurant they soak it with hot water but still it doesn't mean that the spoon & fork is clean and 100% free from bacteria and disease.

Hi. laniekins. If I was at work, I would bring my own fork and spoon. If we had a cafeteria that offered spoons and forks, I would just use what they offered instead. I prefer to use spoons and forks that are wrapped into plastic with or without a napkin in it. If it does not have this in it, then I will not use it. I will instead, bring my own spoon and fork from home.

When I was still working, I can't remember an instances that I brought with me a spoon and fork from home. Maybe because I don't bring a pack lunch with me and I often eat in the restaurant. But I am choosy when it comes to the cleanliness of the food chain, that's why I always ask for a hot water to sterilize my spoon and fork before using.

Yeah, I did bring my own fork and spoon to work due to sometime we eat out and I do not like to use their folk and spoon because of cleanliness issue. But most of the time when we pack food back to office, they did not supply us with folk and spoon, so we have no choice but to use our own folk and spoon.

I bring my own spoon and fork at work to use for my meals. But usually when we dine out, we just use the spoon and fork at the restaurant. They usually are sterilized and we haven't encountered problems using them.
