then how our grandparents living without eating vitamins tab
one of the best example my grandmother she is now on 96 yearsld,she is healthy,wont eat any food supplimentary,she had 12 children,and 33 grand children,
now days doctors suggest as to eat food supplimentary,vitamin tab,etc,whether these are in theat time,can you know about it,still look our grandparents healthy is not for us,why it happening

Some people just don't seem to eat enough of the right kinds of foods to get the vitamins their bodies need. They need the vitamin supplements to make up for what they don't have. I think eating good foods and adding vitamin supplements is the best way to take care of our bodies for the sake of good health.

not all first it should be properly prescribe by physicians cos it will depend on the vitamins you want not all vitamins are good most of them can cause dad effect in your body!

Actually, the need real vitamins and minerals for our bodies are not too large. But the pharmaceutical manufacturers, especially vitamins and minerals will lead us to buy their product, because it was in the promotional products often exaggerate our body needs vitamins and minerals, so it needs an additional intake / supplements.
Various research being conducted, reminding us to be wise in consuming vitamin and mineral supplements from a variety of pharmaceutical manufacturing products that are promoted on a large scale in various public media.

Hi,
In those days, there were plenty of gardens and vegetables and fruits grew naturally. Now we don't have gardens, instead we have farmlands. The foods are either synthetic or some synthetic chemicals were used to make them. These vegetables and fruits are also ailing with several disease. The overall climate change also affected the farming significantly. These are a few reasons why the food is not as nutritious as it used to be. So doctors often suggestion supplementaries.
There is another reason of course. May be not all of us need food supplementary. But if that fact is exposed, wouldn't that crush the stock market? In the present crisis of awareness, it is really difficult to find one among a thousand who is health conscious. We go for some quick fix all the time. Where is the time to study about diet and then prepare food accordingly? It takes away our valuable time, that we may invest in other more profitable things. So we choose food supplementaries.
But there is nothing like natural diet. Foods are better than supplementaries, and we should encourage people to be aware of these facts. Though these information are purely scientific and sometimes complicated, they may ultimately save our life. Thanks.

in our grandparents era, the industry is still under develop, so there is no air and water pollution, and all the food are free from chemical things, now days the air, water were damaged with chemical things, that is the main reason that our grandparents can life long while our generation can't

Our grandparents ate the vegetables and non veg, freshly. As when they want to make meal they got to the farm and bring some fresh vegetables and if want to make non-veg, they have readily available domesticated animals like Hen, goat, fishes etc. By doing that the minerals & vitamins of that particular thing goes directly to the body without any wastage, but now a days we buy a full weeks vegies and keep them in freeg by doing that the minerals & vitamins of that particular thing goes away, that's why we need to take the help of vitamin supplements to supplement our body needs.
The major factor why we are not getting the proper vitamin & minarals from the vegetable is due to the high amount of pesticides use for the production of these vegies.
So eat healthy & leave a long life :-)
