Coffee is a stronger stimulant while Tea offers more calming medicinal effects.
The body of evidence tends to side with green or other teas in terms of overall health, while Coffee has benefits that must be weighed against physical addictions if not getting your fix ... as always, we are all unique and should decide for ourself.

Tea and coffee are the most
popular hot drinks in the world
. When talking about tea, it's great
health benefits are usually
mentioned; on the other hand,
coffee companies often
emphasize the energizing effect
that it has.antioxidants in the green teas
help your body and prevents
various illnesses, but nothing
wakes you up in the morning
better than a cup of hot coffee.
When it comes to health benefits,
tea will always beat coffee,
especially white and green tea.
This is not my opinion, it is a
fact.And I'm sure I can get a lot
of scientists to back this up.
Tea has more antioxidants per
cup than coffee does, and also
contains less caffeine.
But i'm not a big fan of these hot drinks so whatever be the drink it doesn't makes much difference for me.However, due to some reason i found coffee more tastier and also while doing work i think coffee helps us to avoid tiring and refrains us from sleeping. So to end the argument,i'll go with coffee.
